Started activities in 1955 at Barcelona, with the construction of small high precision tools.
Later this activity was enlarged with the design and construction of progression matrixes for theaudio-visual and telephone industry
In 1969 they moved to Hospitalet in to larger premises and added new activities, as stamping metallic pieces and manufacturing tubular rivets proceeding from tubes or sheets.
In 1978 a new division was created for the welding of contacts from Ag - Pd - Au alloies for the electrical, electronic, car and telephone industry.
In 1990 the product range has been completed with riveted contacts and the manufacturing of sub-assemblies for the mentioned branches.
In 1997 USOTOR obtained the UNE / EN / ISO / 9002-94 certificate by the certification firm LGAI.
At the end of year 2005 our range of products was extended including overinjected automatic of plastics on metallic stamped bands.
At the end of year 2005 the factory with the acquisition of a new plant of 1000 sqm was extended on a 1500 sqm land in La Carolina (Jaen).
In 2005 obtained the certifications ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/TS 16949:2002
